How will guilds be deemed active/inactive?
If a guild didn't contribute enough during a battleground (i.e. they didn't even get to conquer two or so provinces), then they are marked as inactive and will not be matchmade anymore.
However, ANY member of that guild can decide to manually sign up his/her guild for the next season (since it will not harm the other members if his guild participates).
A guild may slowly drop in leagues if they stay inactive for too long.
EDIT:
Too slow. What phantom said.
It seems low 40 battles a day for an advanced player.
I would have preferred more than 100. Otherwise it will not replace the GvG
What is the incrementation please ?
May sound low to some, but if the differences between players are too vast, then the contribution of low members may feel almost useless, and it can too strongly lead to guilds kicking members that cannot even remotely catch up with high members.
The increments of attrition for fights start slow (i.e. 2% per level) and then get more severe per level, until they increase by 20% each level until reaching the hardcap of 1750%.
Negotiations will require +1 good for each try every few attrition levels.
