Duplicate: Summer Event appears then disappears on iOS App

Summer event was not available on my app this morning, then appeared when I refreshed the app, then disappeared the next time I logged in.

Recreation steps
Sign out of live server and sign into Beta server on iOS app
Frequency
Only saw the event once in app then it disappeared again
Can this be reproduced?
Most times I log in through the app there is no event
Troubleshooting
I have refreshed the app and checked app version

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now I am running 1.236 according to when I logout and log in, but when I refresh it says 1.234.17, and still no event.
