Another quests reward GB would break the game, so no. It's not that bonus.

The binoculars one might be new, spy on your neighbours prodution timers, hahahaha. Plunders rejoice!!!!

That's cool, we just need to know what the next bonus is since it's 3 gbs. Anyway, the game will be more broken with another one giving reward in the missions.

Maybe the 3 GBs are fragments. Meaning you have to complete building the 3 GBs to get the bonus. Everything has been fragmented now. So if your 3 GBs are not all same level, maybe, the bonus is given at the lowest level of the 3 GBs.

It certainly won't be like that because it takes work for the developers to create this, what they can do is the following: if you place the 3 buildings they will give the total bonus, if you place only 2 will give you a bonus x and if you put only the single g and it will only give you the base value of the bonus. Now the leveling all have their plants so it will be independent if you have a gb at level 80 and another at level 20. What they will do will be the mechanics that already exist in the other buildings in sets, if you have connected you get the bonus if you don't, you don't get

the new building of the current event gives plans, it will only ask for plans to raise the GB and thus it will make it difficult to get the plans since there will be no contribution to the GB of titan

The binoculars image is in files for a long time now, it was probably meant to be used as a scouting buff for province map, there are also some variants for the Friends tavern, but neither is used. We haven't found any new GB bonus images (yet), so that might mean SAT great building(s) could have an already existing bonuses.
