Only players with high Arcs abuse so hard the app advantage vs browser (cause only they have thousands of FPs on their inventory). And believe me, they don't need those medals at all from other sources, as well as ranking points that mean something only for greedy players that want to be "big boys/girls" among others.

Browser version already had the same contribution opportunity that the app has nowadays (when new VI of GBs was released). Players cried as well as here until Inno changed it to what we have now.
Just think, if the app will salute the same changes, who will play there? It's the only one potential advantage it has. The only thing that could equalize the odds between app and browser is an additional button (for like 50 FPs) for browser only, imho. Then players who play here would at least have a chance to catch up those Flashes.
