Since there is a total of n tries, which are eventually reduced to zero after n battles, why do you even think this would work on city defense?

By "signs" you mean they literally wrote it in description...?I was definitely hoping that it was some sort of passive battle effect so that it could potentially apply to defense as well (like the Arctic Orangery). Barring that, if it were possible to make it work for wave 2 of battles that's another thing that'd be cool. Signs seem to indicate that there's some sort of code-based roadblock preventing this though.

No news, but maybe indications, in the live server thread about the spring event it said the usual thing about "what beta is working on" and this time it said "next age" so we might be lucky to have the next age sooner than the next event.
