I understood (maybe):
The points to complete the levels from 1 to 91 of Terracotta Army (VF) were calculated in the same way as the GBs of the previous era: oceanic era.
The points to complete the levels from 92 upwars of Terracotta Army (VF) are those provided for the Virtual Future, as for Himeji Castle.

About a year ago the forge point requirements for this building were increased (https://forum.beta.forgeofempires.com/index.php?threads/full-changelog-1-132-reference.9345/), that might be what you're seeing here.

Thanks folks ! This does appear to be as a result of the balancing changes made in version 1.132 as noted by @Leones above.

Jenna rotunda, would you know, was level 92 of your Terracotta Army completed before the changes made in 1.132? This would have been on August 1st last year here on beta.
