Get Casino Tickets from quests. Use them to spin the Wheel of Fortune and get fantastic prizes - including brand new buildings with set bonuses!
Dear Kings and Queens,
Summer is here and that means the Summer Casino is open for business again! This year, it's run by two royal guests from an empire far away: Maharaja Tanak and his wife Pari. They want to establish a casino in their own empire, so this year they take over from Greva (with her permission, of course), to learn about the business.
There are awesome prizes to be won, so make sure you visit their Summer Casino! If you didn't have a chance to participate in our previous events, now you have an opportunity to compete with your neighbors to claim some of those old event items, as well as brand new Summer items.
The event starts today, so you will soon be able to jump right into it!
Please note this event will end here on Beta on 22nd June. Also note that this event will not be available on our app yet while in testing. It will be available on the app once it is released to the live servers.
To spin the Wheel of Fortune in the Summer Casino you need tickets, which the Maharaja and Maharani are more than happy to help you with... in exchange for completing tasks, of course.
The event features two questlines. The first one you can go through immediately. Once you've completed it, the second one will show up. Unlike the first one, in the second questline you will be getting one quest per day, for the first 18 days of the event. You will probably have a few of them stacked when you get to them, as they start stacking up starting on day one.
Both questlines will have a counter quest that reward you with Set Buildings from the 'Indian Palace' set, including the big 'Maharaja's Palace' that provides different resources like goods and Forge Points.
To access the Casino, click the bar in the top left corner of your screen:
You will now see the Summer Casino window containing the wheel, a neighborhood goal bar and buttons to spin or refresh the wheel. Remember that your neighborhood shares the wheel - when you refresh it, it's refreshed for everyone. When you grab a prize, it is gone for everyone.
The most recent wins are displayed at the bottom of the Summer Casino window, so that you can keep an eye on who's winning which prize.
Spinning the Wheel
In order to spin the wheel, you first need to earn tickets. As mentioned, you can get them by completing Summer quests. You can also use Diamonds if you just can't resist waiting for the next spin!
One spin costs one ticket, and results in one prize. Alternatively, you can "refresh and spin" to call up a whole new set of prizes for your neighborhood. No matter what you choose, you will always win a prize!
Prizes
The prizes displayed in the wheel are available for every player in your neighborhood to claim. The prizes are random but, don't worry, every wheel always has something special that can be won.
The most special prizes can be won by just one lucky spinner - these are surrounded by a golden circle. Other more valuable items can be obtained twice from the same wheel (silver circle). The most common type of a reward can be obtained by up to four players (you can see how many of each prize is left in the circle surrounding the image of the prize).
If, for example, you win one of a specific prize where four are available, it is removed from the wheel and only three of them will remain for your neighbors to win. This goes on until all the prizes in the wheel run out, at which point the wheel is automatically refreshed with a new set of prizes.
We hope this will introduce more excitement to the event mechanic and also encourage more wheel refreshing - which, by the way, is also possible for any player in your neighborhood at any time.
In addition to some older event items, we of course also have brand new rewards: special summer avatars and, most importantly, ten (!) new buildings that are structured in two new sets:

You can arrange the new buildings in any way you wish, but this kind of configuration looks aesthetically pleasing:
Shared neighborhood prize
In addition to the individual prizes, every spin, or "refresh and spin", is counted towards a total of 77 spins in your neighborhood. Once your neighborhood reaches the magic number of 77, every player in the neighborhood gets medals, according to their age (unlike last year and earlier, when the amount was always 20 medals). After 77 spins, the counter resets so that you and your neighborhood can try and win some more medals.
