My guess is that they wanna strongly encourage active consistent GE5(+) and GbG diamond league play. Even though not every player and guild is fanatically enough to get into GbG D league to grind for the temporal building, nor are some players well suited for GE5(+).
Imho the irony is that they didn't like generalists. Yet they're encouraging and pushing us to be generalists. Because only fanatic generalists can fight efficiently in GbG D and beat GE5(+) consistently to obtain the buffs necessary to be successful in QI. The devs should making up their mind. Do they want generalists or specialists?
I've been a generalist for most of my time playing the game and always felt favored or at least not penalized for doing so - sometimes it's good to have goods you can afford to spend; and sometimes it's way cheaper to be able to fight. The reward for single mindedly focusing on one stat isn't *that* high even within its scope (hurray, 10-20 more attrition of autobattling nausea - blech).

GBG farming was the main thing that drove people into "only attack matters" frenzy (which I disagreed with being "worth it" as it was happening - but there was at least a rationale for it), but I mean these days you still get a lot of other stuff even when optimizing only attack. So everyone probably is somewhat a "generalist" even if they didn't mean to be.

what buffs for QI? None of my troops in my QI city get any boost from my regular city. ZERO. You need to build decoration that gives your troops boosts there. You are literally forced to start from scratch.

In theory, Forgotten Temple and Tourney Grounds (though some people reported that Forgotten Temple isn't doing it like it says it does - mine's in inventory atm so I don't know)... Though it honestly seems weird that those 2 buildings tie in and "ruin" the "start from scratch" of it all. If they were going to take away city boosts to keep things interesting, allowing those buildings to skew the balance seems wrong.

Forgotten Temple appears to be offering ~5 aqueducts, without the grind in the settlement to actually have the coins and supplies to build aqueducts.

Another guild member has cleared the node, I wasn't given a chance to heal my army and lost a unit.

Is it intended that i can basically jump to the final boss of a stage without doing anything / clearing a node the way down? [Except if a choice node is "in the way"].

If so, we basically build an Iron Age town for 9 days, produce units or goods in 1 min, demolish everything and spam aqueducts. After 10h we beat the **** out of the 10 bosses and we're done?

Just xD
Can you please stop balancing every feature to suit the intellect of a baboon...

you think you will have enough supply and coins for that?

80 players upgrading all their buildings to tier 3 by day 3 and procuding for 6 days then...
Will check it, but sounds promissing.

Not sure, why you should play any node in between besides buffs or debuffs [if the "buff my units with ~30-50 ... duno, got to crush the numbers here... aqueducts in the end" is not sufficient]
Furthermore, I'm not aware of any kind of bonus besides personal rewards you receive for non buff nodes.

When it first opened, at least some of the nodes said you had to clear everything before them before you could do them. Now they don't. Could just be a bug.

The move to Node pop-up screens say GR|Move to Node, I'm guessing GR is guild raids, shouldn't it say QI Move to Node?

I hate cultural settlements due to the repetitive factor... and this is barely different(each 2 weeks build a new city from scratch God forbid!), with a premium money hungry pass... sorry Inno but GVG was way better and creative but this... is just nothing, no guild vs guild interaction, just a crap combination between settlements and guild expedition.

You are just so lucky with the previous owners of this game... you inherited a great game that you keep ruining with overly complicated and not fun events, new settlements and now this so called *new* feature.

Each time you do a fight you must pay action points and moving around the map also costs action points. You would not have enough points to complete all the difficulties in one day. The action point cost increases in the higher levels.

Can anyone calculate the shard costs for unlocking all expansions and removing all impediments? Thanks in advance! ♥

AS the way it is, a lot of people wont play this feature. It needs some improvements.
- The settlement shoudnt reset in every season. It should be like a second city.
- Reduce the time for recolections. 10h is too much
- Give us more space to buid at the beggining
- In this way, the guild with more p2w players will win every QI.

You erase the best feature of this game because you didnt want to share it to moviles, you dont want to actualize it to avoid cheaters and it doesnt give money to you. Now, you give us a feature based on the worst feature of this game (settlements), mixing GBG and expeditions, and adding a p2w system...

Honestly, I wish they would go back to the drawing board with this feature. Let us play with our own units, enjoy the boosts of our main cities, let us donate goods and units of our main cities. Increase the difficulty immensely so that it remains a hard challenge. But not this complicated Egypt-like settlement.
