can someone please confirm if it is acquire a province or scout a province

Definitely acquire a province

Land ... u may land on a new provinces with scout..but lucida confirm scouting do not work
Land ....in that case, u have to capture land...lucida confrirm capture a sector do not work
Land... our guildmate and some player already confirm "capture a province " will complete the quest
every quest can be completed in 2 way
like seize or science..seize refer to plunde 3 player and science refer to complete a tech
if u have tech close to mature, that is fine, u can do a research ( science )
if not, u may consider to find some poor lower age hoods to plunde ( u have to plunde 3 times ( 3 players ) )
for this land or loser..
land is a very clear route/direction...
however, for some player, it may be the difficult task if they are at early part of a provinces, they may fight many many sector to claim a province
they may need to head to alternative way ( LOSER )
it seems no one can configure it out
there is many suggestion
(a) lost a battle.... it do not work as some player report losing 3 cataputs and cannot meet the quests
(b) may be there is a need to lost total 8 soldier ??
(c) if you cannot complete it within 24 hours, u are a loser, then it compete auto ??
any more suggestion about that loser ?
the answer may not help us ( many of use has already auto-complete, like me ) , but it will be a great help for game worlds's player or your playing in game world
This year halloween is very tricky
I can feel the following pressure when it is on game world
1. you need to prepare a area for fruit-farm like area while we are tight in area in game world
2. a tech < if u have your hood-mate range #80 with 10,000 , while hood-mate # 79 is already 500,000 player points, u get no one for u to plunde >
3. a province to capture
4. no idea of what is next...

Maybe "loser" does not refer to an alternative, and is just meant to make the sentence sound nice, like "decorate or die" ?

Just not completed quest, no more.
Pay attention: the word "loser" isn't in the task at the top, it's in result below. So, this is not an alternative way, this is a result, if you fail to complete the task.
