I think you can get a renovation kit by the Christmas event. In +/- one month, if you has lucky. And you can get next year a
renovation kit by the Easter event.

It's worth build it either way. But in fact i am disapointed, that it is nothing new - just a little better bazar. Still waiting for medal's using factory.

I would say collecting three times a day isn't really that hard now that they have the app for your phone/tablet.

you need 24 FP from the start to research Cultivation

that is less than many players in later eras need when a research-quest comes

O, really there is a farm 5x4 in bronze :^)

The best feature of memory is possibility to forget :D

4x5= goatfarm, farm, appliance factory
5x4= fruitfarm, junkyard, fish market

seize = plunder (3 times)
science = research a technology
or = you only have to do one of it

land or loser?

land is explore or conquest i guess but what is loser?

For the quest, land means acquire a province. not just a sector. Unknown if loser is some sort of alternate way to finish or not.
