Feedback Guild Battlegrounds Update 2021

It's a strange feeling that I've been fooled again. It seems to have made a lot of changes to a feature that desperately needs it. And nothing significant yet. Just a few pretty bows

1. Information about the number of seasons in a particular league does not carry any meaning. Everyone who somehow plays (even badly) - they play in the diamond league. But even the seasons in 1000 LP are different.

Important Info - In terms of the 'Intruded' log, it will only display to own Guild members, and only on an individual Guild member's first attack of the day on an 'Intruded' province.
But if I intercept this province three times during the day? How should I assess the importance and credibility of your new log?

3. New buildings - no comments. "We have some unnesessry things left here from other features. Let's attach it here, even though it doesn't fit into the concept". Well, lets see what parameters have you assigned to this.

With hexagons, we were able to fit in two more neighbors (rather than 4 previously), ensuring more strategy will be needed in terms of facing off against opposing guilds!
This would be true if you solved the underlying problem: how to match the opponents into groups? There are 100+ guilds in the Diamond League now. Half of them have 1000 LP. But really strong no more than 10. Strategy of the opposition? There are 2 strong players in the group at best. And they stupidly change sectors. The others are lying on the shore and watching. Make even an octagon. This will not change situation.
 
Hexagon looks interesting. But in sum disappointing: seems to be more or less more of the same - dull hours of ever same battles.
Or a small challenge for those who need to adapt their scripts.
Not a single improvement for the group of player who prefer trading strategies. By this it's just a further step to force the imbalance between fighters and all other players like traders and city builders.

Is this retroactive from the day GBG started or just moving fwd?

"offense" record that showing member still attack under"stop" sign is placed is completely non-sense and should be removed
Inno game designer may only do the test with 1-man environment
when we attack a sector, it is never 1 member doing it
we may have 3 to 15 members on it ( we are very hungry )
when the "stop" sign is erected...
but there is many battles that starting "before stop-sign is erected", those battles is not completed b4 stop-sign erected
after "stop-sign erected" , those "on-going battles" will finished after "stop sign erected"
it is leads to tons of "offense records"...that is completely non-sense

In Reality, we do not care "how many battles" carried under "stop-sign"
we want to know... "Who ignore Guild instruction stop sign and do capture "

that is the one we need to know <as the change show who do capture in new GBG, so it is ok

Apart from erect building and remove building from sector ( previous GBG show it ), we also want to know
who spend diamond to help other guild member to continue the attack


we also want to know..
is there a change in sector buildings ?
is there a change in rewards ?

if it can display "all member names "inside GBG map, that will be better"
may be a small attack-window showing 10 (?) lines only, member A attack ABC, member B doing negotiation on CDE....., it shows the current status of member inside GBG, it will help a lot

Once connected:
  • Happiness Bonus
  • Defensive boost for the attacker
  • 3 Goods
  • 1 Forge Point
Does the Iridescent garden get all 4 bonuses from above (if connected to the Great Elephant, of course) and the 3 options are just in terms of appearance? That's what I understand from the announcement but it sounds too good to be true to I'm trying to find "the catch"

Further attacks during the course of the day will not trigger logs. However, another attack on the next day (on the same province), will trigger a further 'Intruded', log,

1. So if 10 ppl hit a province that has stop sign, is it showing the 1st person who started hitting? or does it show all the 10 ppl if all of them if they hit that tile with the stop sign for the first time in the day?

2. Further as a province can exchange hands multiple times a day, does the log reset everytime or only once in 24hrs?

It will be shown for all of the 10 players.

Thanks for the response, but I'm sure everyone's feedback will be it should reset when the tile exchanges hands....otherwise the feature is half baked and hence useless.

12:05 am we get the log..
12:10 am we take the tile
4:20 am another guild takes that same tile

8:30 am we dont get to see the logs now for that tile :( :(

You still get the log entries, but not from the players, that already are in the log this day. This should not be that big of a problem, because you can see, who already did it, write with him and see the next day, if it still happens. Also, there is the addition, that the player who conquers a province is always shown.

I think the goal is to find out who hits the tiles that has stop sign up... and repeat offenders..

Let me give you another scenario

1st time maybe we ask ppl to top the tile from 145 to 155 that has a stop sign on it... (we get the logs and we will ignore them)

2nd time the tile was already at 155 and someone topped to 159..... we want to catch that....now with this 24hr reset ....we cant...if the ppl who topped to 159 topped 1st time...

I feel that it makes perfect sense to rest when the tiles exchange hands....lets see what others think :)

Well in this scenario, you could have lifted the "Do not attack" sign for these 10 fights. That would not generate any log entries. :)

Well our tiles get taken fully in 45-50 seconds. Sometimes in races even less ...idk let's see how it works out

I suppose that before you lift the stop sign , you inform guildmembers no more then 10 fights or you asign 1 member who is online to do it
