The Village will be tremendously useful for virtually every player on Tuulech. I think our guild has just one player with an Obs and cajoling / coercing people to make treasury donations is a pain. I'm not sure it'll see the light of day on my other worlds but I definitely want one on Tuulech.

The event is definitely skewed towards daily specials. That's of course great, but I do think it should be easier to get the grand prizes.

Seems to become the anti-Halloween event or it's opposing counterside. Where it was child play to get the "main" reward but insane casino for the dailies. Actually even in the casino the odds are better compared to Halloween's dailies. Wouldn't mind a few additional winner plaza's lvl2 though.

Very high chance that one of them will change come the live Event, but no one will be ready for it in the last two days.
They will be too busy, moaning about how badly they have been cheated rather than admin their poor understanding of the mini game.

Was not able to get Fiore Village without spending diamonds. Did every quest, picked up every event, used the prize pack from previous event and was short by one upgrade. Used beta provided diamonds to finish last rotation. The main event should be able to be won with out diamonds. Reindeer sleigh, extra prizes I'm okay with having to pay.

What I did not understand is why would you have a event where without spending diamonds it would be impossible to get the event buildings to level 10 .
Luckily I’ve been saving my diamond we get from Inno games that they give us for being a part of beta .
That I was able to get the level 10 event building without it costing me cash .

It was possible - just a narrow set of conditions:

1) You had the surprise box from christmas - if not you need an extra 4 touchdowns (yea right) or 5% league (probably requires at least diamonds for ultimate coach).
2) You did all quests
3) You almost exclusively used the +1 yard coach and pick the cheapest plays (5% special coach is super valuable, so it is a sacrifice to do so - or you use a little diamonds for ultimate coach)

Thx I was not aware of the fact that using the cheapest plays would have made that much of a difference.

Usually chasing after individual prizes instead of optimizing for the Grand Prize results in the worst possible option

You might get away with some not-cheapest plays as long as you avoid the "gold" distance ones. Always cheapest has you averaging ~9.5 balls / yard.

With +1 yd:
4+1 yard plays are 8.2-9.8 balls / yd. The 41 ball play in particular gives most of the value to improve the average. Never skip that one.
5+1 yard plays are 10.0-10.7 balls / yd. You'll need these when there's no 4+1 yard play.
6+1 yard plays are 10.6-11.1 balls / yd. You would normally never take these with cheapest only - but it's not a deal breaker to do so.
7+1 yard plays are 12.6-13.1 balls / yd. These ones are going to set you back hard.

yeah, it;s one of those you are damned if you do and you are damned if you don't.
Personally doing all the quests and i only got a level 8 building.
so either it's try for the main prize ( with still no guarantee of actually getting it ) or rather go for stuff you would like.

We want to inform you about the changes we did to the Forge Bowl Event after it has concluded on the Beta Server.

Firstly, we changed the second to last Quest of the Event, because it had the same conditions as the last one.
Secondly, we have increased the Footballs you receive from Rush-Quests, making it easier to get the Fiore Village to the highest level.
Furthermore, we swapped the position of the Level 1 Fiore Village with the next Upgrade Kit in the Grand Prizes, making one more Kit available until you receive the new level 1 building.
Lastly, we did some minor changes to the Daily Special rewards and changed the first couple of Event Pass rewards to be better in general."
@Juber could you share MORE DETAILS please? Like which prizes you removed and which added? Or amount of footballs rewarded for quests? And I will keep fingers crossed devs will give us either wishing wells or their shrink kits to favor free to play players (not only those who buy diamonds)

For the Daily Prizes: I can not give you this information, because of 2 reasons. Firstly, it was probably done, so you don't already know what to expect and make it a bit more of a surprise. But this is only speculation. Secondly, I don't even know, what was changed exactly. ^^
The amount was increased for every rush quest. How much, you will see next week, when the Event starts on Live.

There's no matter of how many make-up you do with the event, FP are the basic of the economy of our cities. If the building continues without giving any fp, all the changes you make on the event are simply make-up that doesnt change that this is the most useless event since i started to play here in december of 2018.

Thanks for the tweaks to the event. The swapped prize should help a lot for people who don't have the event box. And extra footballs might making coaching a little more flexible.

According to fandom wiki the previous total balls was 9160, with each rush quest giving 70. Depending on how many additional balls per rush quest, that brings the average number of yards (if you have yard coach and go for most efficient) up to:

(estimates based on the simulation I shared here, roughly 9.55 balls per yard)
+5 = 9335 balls = 977 yards
+10 = 9510 balls = 995 yards
+20 = 9860 balls = 1032 yards
+30 = 10210 balls = 1069 yards

You need 1040 yards to get the main building fully levelled without league or surprise box, so around 10k balls should be enough to secure that for most. I think 500 balls from incidents is quite achievable, so I think anything above +10 for each rush quest should be enough to make it possible for all to get the main building fully leveled (if you focus on it)

spend 5400 balls

always choose best player for DS
according to FoeHelper always an average below 500 per daily special
so the expected result 10-11 DS

I won ****ing 2 daily specials (on my live world)
