An artillery unit can't have flying. As interesting as it sounds, what would the computer do in a 1v1 on the battlefield between two of them, after you click auto battle ? Infinite loop of death ?

No, because the other ability would be power shot.

when will the 2nd part be unlocked for the liveserver? 6 weeks have passed since the release on beta. so long we never had to wait for the parts afterwards. Did that get lost by planning the new feature cultural settlements?
