New thread to discus "Blueprints Trading", to keep other one for "Reconstruction Mode" feedback.

Proposed new functionality to allow players to trade Great Buildings Blue Prints.

Open for discussion.

I would be perfectly content to give one set of prints for a fragment.

Quite frankly the only possible trading system for BPs will be with Inno, not between players.

But due to the Arc being so lucrative already I don't see Inno increasing its value in the game by then allowing you to see the BPs you get from the Arc back to Inno.

While that is true, that needs to be a prevention added, the only way this can be a thing is if the Arc is eliminated entirely from the scenario. So only non-arc players would be able to use the BP market. Otherwise it can never be balanced while the Arc is in the picture. Which would then of course result in a lot of "but that's so unfair!" cries from those with an arc
