I've been prioritizing Paw Prints, and I don't see making it to 540 paw prints needed to get that 10th upgrade needed..... diamonds will be needed for just the standard spec building.
Am I missing somewhere that gives another upgrade?

Schedule for special upgrades, schedule for events, spamming and demanding anything won't help. Can't imagine any parent, care taker, superior, leader, dev, politician, any other person in the position to grand any favour to give in whenever they're getting spammed or anyone demanding anything to them. Particularly not devs.
Not sure what's hoped to be achieved while spamming the same question and demanding on a forum.

actually there was a gold upgrade in the league
not directly the full like now. just the Panda Statue. that is a gold upgrade in 150 days
and it was only in apprentice league
putting an existing upgrade somewhere is something totally different then creating a new level (new graphic)
