Seems to me like quite a few different things are connected to a tavern expansion / update. It's clear from the info screens that ads are connected to it, and judging by the other icons I'd guess the new boost icons are as well: https://forum.beta.forgeofempires.com/index.php?threads/new-boosts-for-buildings.15525/.

Also seems like Auto Aid is connected: https://forum.beta.forgeofempires.com/index.php?threads/autoaid.15065/post-134644

Perhaps the "Limited Buildings" as well?

So I guess we're getting a quite big tavern update? I would definitely like to see that. The current tavern has some uses for sure, but it could do with an update :)

At least that 5% units reduction it is ok IF IT APPLIES to Alcatraz, and You have to Watch one single AD to unlock it for one hour.

38%(maximum guild level) out of 24 is 9.12
+5% is 10.32 hours reduction.
13.68 hours to collect Alcatraz, nearly 2 times/day :))))
13 hours 40 minutes and 48 seconds.
With my Alcatraz on level 123, I collect about 210 units/day, asuming that 5% it works to Alcatraz too.

Construction boost might be ok also, but the attack stats are underwhelming.
