The Early Middle Ages Multistory House Buliding Time is 20 s. The Buliding Time is usually much longer.

This is the original building time. As the Multistory Houses technically was a premium building and premium buildings all have short building times.
Not too long ago, the multistory houses tech was changed to not require diamonds anymore. The parameters of the Houses themselves were unchanged though - I assume that was intentional, especially as it was already questioned here in the forums very quickly after the change.

just a question: can we get the diamonds back we used to get the tech with if you used them in the past?
Was also already discussed before... If you spend the diamonds at the time it was because you wanted to do that - nobody pressured you into it... So why should you get them back?
