Duplicate: misplaced tag from barracks buildings

sometimes, immediately after I asign troops to recruit, the '50 diamonds finish now' tag ends up on the wrong building...

in the snapshot above the tag is placed on the HMA rope goods building, instead of the jaeger building (red arrow points to it)

I *think* it happens because I move the city around at exactly the same time the tag was about to show up.

Is anyone else able to confirm/reproduce this issue?

I'm assuming it's related to this bug: http://forum.beta.forgeofempires.co...rs-on-wrong-position-when-map-is-moved-before
(Though this bug report came first, I could not determine what caused it then)
