Not A Bug: Jumpin Pumpkins aid priority is incorrect

Only it is necessary on the contrary - to use a MSA before collecting the city.
It may depend on the city. In mine, the only buildings where the aid expires before the next collection are things like Carousels, Winners Plazas, Guard Posts, and the like. They have no productions that depend on the building being motivated. Odds are that they will get aided before the next collection anyway.

it depends on:
do you want that other players get rewards (chance of a BP, and a good from Truce Tower) when aiding you
or should they just get a: everything is already motivated

especially players in lower ages are happy about the good & BP from aiding a Titan age player
 
The Tarot Caravans is indeed first but the Viceroy Villa (L10) falls behind the Trading Post (L9) as well as the Sparkforges.
Ok, I have to go into detail a bit more. Since anniversary event 2021, there's a new building type (starting with golden orrery). In most cases, they produce fragments for something. However there are some that don't do that like "stage of ages". Another characteristic is the mopo-star at the prouction info tooltip. These buildings are an own prioritized category. Inside of this category, it's based on the motivation priority configured for each building individually. However in reality it's just based on the buildings level as you can see at the list I've extracted from the game json data:

There are some exceptions, but most buildings having a priority of 96 when they are level 1. Counting up by one each level.

After motivating all those new buildings, the old buildings (like Viceroy Villa) are motivated based on their production.

Interesting. The German official wiki offers a detailed explanation, but the others do not.

Here is the list:
  1. Forge Points, starting with buildings that produce the most
  2. Goods
  3. Units
  4. Medals
  5. BP
  6. Guild Power
  7. If none of the above buildings are left, a random building of the current era is motivated or polished

However, this list is only valid for the old building types. The new building types do not follow this order.

Feedback on changing the order etc. has been passed along since the new buildings have been added.
This is exactly what I remembered (although I'm surprised that goods are above units) and why I made the initial post. I understand that with all the new options on buildings, it does need a revision. But regardless of everyone's personal priorities (see 12 page topic on US forum), pumpkins that are just ordinary production buildings should never be on top of the list.

this happens, because of what @Daniel der Vollstrecker posted above. As already mentioned, it works as intended, even if it is not optimal at the moment.
I do understand it better now. The root causes are the pumpkin is a special building (because of att boosts) but us players do not perceive it as a special building and older buildings were not converted to this new system.
If older buildings would be assigned a weight based on their level, at least most of my problem would disappear
 
I took the easy way out and built Nutcracker Guardhouses. They produce frags of the Mass Self Aid item. 15 NGs is enough to produce 1MSA daily. I collect my city then use a MSA. I don't have to worry about getting enough aiding.
The problem is, with only one chocolatery building, it takes forever to obtain 15 nutcrackers, even with BG/finish special production...
