When the cursor is in the building, info not apparear

Looks to be related, everything seems to be in HTML5 only. Flash is working fine.
- No Tooltips in Inventory
- Needed Goods for "dark" Techs in Techtree not visible (No Tooltip)
- In Trade-Window after left click on goods and seleting "Offer" or "Need" Good does not appear in Drop-Downs above
