Halloween event?

Will we get a halloween event on beta this year or is it skipped? To me it looks like time is running short.

a) you don't know
b) there is no exact start date. but then a) applies

or is there any reason to not tell us the exact start date if you would know it ?
probably: it could be delayed a few more days. but then again: the exact start day is not known yet

Or, which is more likely by far, Juber is simply not allowed to share that info with the community. And that could only be, because some big shot at Inno believes, that the player base will be "more happy with a suprise announcement" that goes public just a few hours before the start of the event. And in reality every player will just be annoyed.

because the date is not fix and still could change because of a suprise bug

Juber even has to delete daily changelogs because of a delay after the time update normally happens

That actually only happens, when an update is planned, but something prevents it from being done the next day. It happens, but has nothing to do with Halloween.

but isn't that the reason why events (in general) are announced only minutes before they start ?
because the planned last update with the event could be prevented by something ?
