Will we get a halloween event on beta this year or is it skipped? To me it looks like time is running short.

Deployment bugs, and it was postponed again this week.
They try a new mechanic for this event after all, they didn't just copy-pasted it as previous years, also their staff is 75 people short for few months now, so things might be slow and buggy.
But there will be Halloween Event anyway, most probably next week.

Or they may just repeat last year's with new buildings. That way they can keep on schedule.

Lol why? They never promised a Halloween event, we just all expect there to be one because of the spoilers and the timing. My guess is they're putting the finishing touches on it right now
