I can confirm that too. Overview window of great building does not contain information about current and next level anymore...

Small workaround if you need to see the info:
Open a GB in Overview tab, click Level Up tab, let it fully load, Click on Overview tab, info should now be displayed.
If the window opens with Level Up displayed it won't work, click Overview, close the window, and reopen it.
Also the bug seems to exist in browser version. Couldn't reproduce it on Android.
