well, the update 1.54 came and after that, as expected, the complaints by players and/or customers just began. You know: the greyed aid buttons while scrolling and the excessive lags (a real botch job).

There is only one fact: last week the social bar on .Es servers was working 100% fine and this week, after a game update, its working worse.
It does not make much sense to update anything knowing beforehand that it will only bring problems or it wont improve the game play after all, isnt it?

Makes perfect sense if you want to upset you customers but otherwise senseless. Not much seems to make sense about the changes and so called improvements. Never understood why they knowingly introduce bugs rather than delay an update and get it right. It's quite insulting to those that take the time to test things on beta and report the problems.

I find it hard to believe those that work on these changes and improvements really want to work this way and take so little pride in their work. You normally find there is a decision maker who knows little of a product but spends many hours perusing spreadsheets and making decisions purely by numbers. They quite often fail to see the bigger picture and their decisions are alienating customers and probably disillusioning the programmers who have to keep releasing unfinished work they know will be slammed.

This culture breeds apathy and that is where we find ourselves heading and some have already reached and left.
