#7: Guild battlegrounds cheater
Level 1:
These actions can be performed (each once):
* A building slot is removed permanent from one chosen territory. An existing building collapse.
* The progress of another guild in your territory is reduced to half.
* You can lock one territory for 2 hours.
Negative: Each action consumes 1000 victory points in the guild battleground leaderboard.
Level 2:
These actions can be performed (each once, unused Level-1-Actions are wasted):
* A building slot is removed permanent from one chosen territory. An existing building collapse.
* Any flags in one territory are removed.
* Time-Stop: No territory provides any points for the next 5 hours.
Negative: Each action consumes 2000 victory points in the guild battleground leaderboard.
Level 3:
These actions can be performed (each once, unused Actions are wasted):
* All building slots are removed permanently from one chosen territory.
* One territory becomes neutral and is unlocked (if conquered before).
* The attrition of all players (own players and enemy players) is set to a chosen value, e.g. to 0.
Negative: Each action consumes 3000 victory points in the guild battleground leaderboard.
