I visit the city of the winner of aunction :
Antique dealer => winner => visit city

when i move my mouse on the city that blink, i lost the city and only see the dark blue background

similar here, when I visit someone's city and trying to move the map the screen blinks and it returns me to the position where I was when joined the city.

When I try to look a city of another player that it isn't my friend,or guild members or in neighborhood,the visual prevent me and it resetted at the start position view

if you assist a player,the visual work until you have assisted

I had the same issue a few minutes ago, went to a city after the auction was ready to look who won the aution... This happened:

Thanks rusje! This seems a duplicate of this issue @1CCX , did you also experience this when visiting from the auction window or were you visiting the player another way?

It is indeed the same issue as @1CCX had. I reported it also in the other treed yesterday. I was visiting the player from the auction window.

Happened to me both last night and a few minutes ago and neither time did I visit the Antiques Dealer. I tried to motivate/polish other players buildings and my Dynamic Tower didn't issue any goods because of this issue. I finally got all the DT goods but not from the other players' city (used the aid button on my city screen) but I didn't get to aid the specific buildings I wanted (the specific age of goods I needed). I hope this issue gets resolved soon!

Supposedly this was fixed from the daily change log, but it just happened again a couple of minutes ago. This is holding up my Motivate/Polishing, please fix ASAP. Thanks.

I rebooted browser, DID NOT visit antiques dealer and it still happens. So its not just as a result of visiting antiques dealer then going to a city.
