Cannot Reproduce: Black "stripes" on city background

Looks okay here on a fresh login (I wasn't logged in the game). Anyone else seen something similar?

I don't have/had those stripes.
Judging from the blocky outline of the artifacts, it might just be some undetected bit corruption when loading the graphics resource file from the server (= not recognized by the error correction of the used internet transport protocol), or when loading it from the browser cache, or when reading it from memory (EEC RAM memory is still rarely used in consumer products).

I haven't been able to consistently reproduce them, but I get those once in a while; refreshing makes them go away.
