25% of them are lost forever (coz Government), 25% goes to guild leaders to support Communism on local level, rest 50% divided "equally" among all members (incl. Leaders)
L2: 10% lost, 10% to only leaders, 80% among leaders and all members
L3: 5% lost, 5% to only leaders, 90% "equal"
"Distributed" goods and fps are collected from City Hall next day. Collections from City Hall are exempt from Gov. 100% Tax

( this is to help the majority of all the players that have a normal attack/defense bonuses % to be able to take revenge and to possibly plunder those players that are impossible to beat because of their absurd defense bonus %. give some desperately needed attack/defense balance to this game )

#1: Compulsory Military Service

+ Grant 30% / 60% / 90% to attack and defence bonus to attacking and defending army. (like terracotta army bonus)
- 2 / 5 / 10 Chairs in the tavern are occupied by military people. They do not pay any tavern silver and take the most valueable seats.
- Some Guests (players from friend list) do not like these guys. There is a 0% / 10% / 30% chance, that your guests won't come again. The timer until they can visit your tavern again is raised to the end of the perk.

#2: Military supporter

+ On certain days, you can use a color guard or a military drummer as a 9th unit in a fight
- You cannot build any buildings anymore. Neither from building menu nor from inventory.
- Any quests saying that you have to build a building are changed to sell that building.

Level 1
These certain days are sundays.

Level 2
These certain days are fridays, saturdays and sundays.

Level 3
These certain days are all days.

#3: Pacifist
+ There is a 15% / 30% / 40% chance, that your defending army convinces an attacker (neighbor or pvp-tower) to convert. The attacker looses all units, the defender receives them.
- Your attacking army goes on vacation. You cannot attack any more.
- Guild battleground is aborted for this guild. They loose all their league points and start in bronze league, when the perk cycle is over.
+ Innogames provides a sound track for those guys, who get angry about their loss.

Level 1:
Units, which exceed the defenders age will retire (will be removed).

Level 2 and 3:
Units, which exceed the defenders age plus 1 will retire (will be removed).

#4: Contributor Champion

+ Your contribution rewards are raised by 4% / 8% / 12%, cummulative to the arc bonus. You cannot exceed 100% bonus.
- Your own legendary buildings ceise functionallity:
* On first level, the production timers are set to the end of the perk time
* On second level, also all passive functions like the battle bonus are gone.
- You cannot spend any FP on your own legendary buildings

#5: Guild battleground maximum loot collector

+ There is an additional chance of receiving loot after a successful fight or negotiation in guild battlegrounds.
- There is a 30% / 60% / 90% chance, that your victory does not grant a score in the territory you want to conquer.
- If you conquer a sector, the secure time is reduced to 2 hours / 1 hours / 1 minute
- Your guild will loose 50 / 100 / 200 league points, if this perk was active during any time of the gbg-season. With 1000 league points, P1 (+175%) and level 3 of this perk (-200%), you start the next season with 975 league points.

Level 1:
If you do not get any loot regularly, you receive: 1 FP (20% chance), 1 random good (20% chance), 1 unit or rogue (10%), nothing (50%)

Level 2:
If you do not get any loot regularly, you receive: 1 FP (40% chance), 1 random good (40% chance), 1 unit or rogue (20%)

Level 3:
If you do not get any loot regularly, you receive: 1 FP (40% chance), 1 random good(40% chance), 1 unit or rogue and no attrition for that action (20% chance)

#6: Big boss of the battleground
+ There is an additional chance of receiving any loot after a fight in guild battlegrounds.
+ Your guild receives additional 9 / 14 / 19 points per victory: So, a successful negotiation grants in total +11 / +16 / +21 points to the territory.
- Attrition is increased by additional 4 / 9 / 14 points per action: So in default case (if no 'no attrition' is affected), it is +5 / +10 / +15 attrition.
+ If you conquer a sector, the secure time is increased to 6 hours / 8 hours / 12 hours.

Level 1:
If you do not get any loot regularly, you receive: 30 FP (20% chance), 100 random goods (20% chance), 10 units or rogues (10%), nothing (50%)

Level 2:
If you do not get any loot regularly, you receive: 50 FP (25% chance), 200 random goods (25% chance), 10 units or rogues (25%), nothing (25%)

Level 3:
If you do not get any loot regularly, you receive: 100 FP (30% chance), 300 random goods (30% chance), 10 units or rogues (30%)

Notes:
* If you get regular loot, you do NOT get the additional loot, but you still suffer the higher attrition.
* The additional loot does not depend on the league.
* If more secure time changes are affected, the differences are cumulative (increase to 12 hours is a +8 hours difference).
* If any 'no attrition' effect is active, the additional attrition is still in effect.
* This perk is best for guilds, which do not want to spend too much time into battlegrounds.
