Hi - when I start a new world on live-server after 22.9. is it automatically on the server Xyr ? (without any other city)

A city is suggested, but the box under it allows you to access the list of cities you do not already have a city on.
You can pick any city from the list.
I have not heard of any plans to change that with the new city coming on the 22nd.
