Fixed on Beta: Wrong "visual" rank in neighbourhood anf Friends list

i thought this was fixed a ago a few weeks back, but looks like its back again.
instead of showing my neighbourhood rank, it shows my global rank:-

i think this has been reported already, but its back again and i cant bother to search for that thread sorry:(
