Not A Bug: Wrong sound on Winter building

This has been noticed by another player (@Warrior73)
Why my winter Spire (Church) does not make a bell ring when collecting goods, and the bell sound makes a wooden cottage - is it wrong?

The same is happening to me. When collecting the Winter Spire (which I thought was a church) there in sound, but when collecting the Charming Cottage, we can hear a (church) bell sound.
It is not really a problem, but it might be a bug?

This is when playing on my PC (browser) with Chrome and on HTLM5

The Spire does have a bell sound, it's just a lower tone than the Charming Cottage bell sound.
