Not A Bug: Wrong requirements for unlocking High-Rises?

It might be just the fact that the numbers are odd and not rounded up as in other research requirements, but just thought I'd check if the coin and supplies amount for unlocking High-Rises are intentional?

There was another unlock (around LMA or CA) costing leet supplies and coins to research. It looks like the same objective here ;)

Elite Forces requires 1337 coin and 13370 supplies (unlocks Grenadiers). I figured the all 1s was intentional.
