Not A Bug: Worng happiness from statue of welcome after update 1.14

Hello. I have a problem with statue of welcome. According to this thread, it supposed to offer 197 happiness, but it is offering only like before, 155, in iron age. I have tried clearing cache, cookies, moved the statue, still 155. Someone else have the same problem?
