Population not increasing

I have level up to:
Level 3 which should increase population by 975
level 4 which should increase population by 1050

Population has not increased in either case.

It works fine for me so far.

OK just leveled up to level 5.
Current population 7708, available population 29
Level 5 should give you a new population of plus 1125
New population 7783, available population 104
Which is an increase of 75 ? not 1125.

Level 4 increases pop by 1050
Level 5 increases pop by 1125

1125 - 1050 = 75

The increases shown are the accumulated amounts and does not show the increase between levels.
