Will Not Fix: Winter Quest does not change

My Winter Quest prizes are stuck. Has been 3 days and is same thing. I chose a "Confectionery" present and Prize page show. it and all the rest are unopened presents. Next day is same thing. And the next day, etc. Also Frosty does not appear, and has not since I opened the Confectionery present.

on beta server things starts much earlier.
because we should test it before releasing to the normal servers
