Where are the 24 hr Residential Buildings?

It's been almost 3 Ages since a 24 hr. Residential Building has been made available! The last one was Urban Island at the very beginning of the long Ocean Future Age. None in VF or SAM's.

When might a 24 hr. ResB be expected to be added?
