when will the Space Needle be balanced ?

the Space Needle is still bigger and gives less happiness than Frauenkirche of Dresden

because a GB that is 3 ages newer should be better than a old GB

I think the Atomium's happiness also has the same problem (unless the primary bonus is suppose to be Guild Goods)
