Will Not Fix: Visual issue: trees obscure sector health - GvG Colonial 26,15

Not a bug per se, but this visual issue is hiding useful functionality -- the sector's apparent health/damage.
The snapshot is of sector 26,15 in colonial. There are a few other sectors that also suffer from the same issue, this is only a sample.
