I've been wandering about this for a while, but forget to mention it every time i thought about it.
From the modern age on, you get twice the refined goods, instead of normal goods from you Great Buildings.
But from Mars on, you don't use any refined goods anymore, for the production of goods in your colony.
Instead in Mars you use Mars Ore, in the Asteroid belt you use Asteroid Ice and in Venus you use Venus Carbon.
In other words, you use special goods. So why aren't you getting those from you Great Buildings, instead of refined goods, that you have no use for, when producing goods in you colony.
