Fixed on Beta: Town hall shows incorrect attack bonus for Sakura Rock Lv. 2 [46178]

Reproduction Steps:
Issue Description (10/10):
1. Upgrade the Sakura Rock to Level 2 using the kit from the Spring Event
2. Open the Boost Overview tab in the Town Hall information window.
3. The attack bonus shown for the Sakura Rock Lv. 2 is incorrect - it shows +8% when it should be +10%

This is being worked on. In the meantime if you disconnect it and then reconnect it to roads, the issue should resolve itself.
