Yes, but the forum search function isn't very reliable for short terms like "no road"

It would be nice to have this in the settings, to switch off the signs constantly hovering over unattached buildings. More advanced players already know which of their buildings or sets are not attached to a road and they do that for a reason (cherry sets for example, or military buildings feeding the Alcatraz). The contant no road signs floating over the city are an eyesore.

it doesn't "encourage". It would just give the ability. Just like you can switch off many other things. That doesn't change the gameplay...
