Summer Event CHANGE

We want the Summer Event Changed to reflect what it was previously :
1) 1 doublon per hour
2) Elephant set item in the wheel or similar interesting pieces of set
3) Set of 1, 3 and 5 doublons in the wheel.

Not sure what event you're referencing here, but it wouldn't be the Summer Event. It did not have hourly or any time-based currency. In the past instead of Doubloons it had Tickets, yet they were still only gained via quests and similar event actions.

is that event change option reason why I can´t get to the spinning wheel today, game hangs immediately if I try, so is it on hold for a decision ?

Same issue here. At the beginning of the event, a couple of hours ago, the wheel was still working
