Hi,
I propose to change the Army Management window in the following way:
As you can see the mayor difference is that instead of showing each single unit one by one, units which share the same attributes are stacked. The amount of each type of unit is shown in the bottom left. Each units gets its own row in the management screen, hence vertical scrolling will be needed.
The advantages are clear: it is no longer needed to scroll so far to the right to find the correct units. Especially on the mobile app there is no scrollbar, one has to use his finger every time to move away dozens of the same unit before every fight to choose for example an agent.
Some questions are open: If one only differences based on the health bar, there will be only 10 columns. But it is also needed to see and to be able to choose bound or unbound units as well as the defending army. If one does this like described above, there will be up to 40 columns in the worst case, but this would be still better than the current situation in my opinion.
A possible solution to solve the defending army problem would be to add a new tab to “all units”, “fast units”, “heavy units”, called “defending army” which does only show the defending army. Then only 20 columns would be needed in the worst case while still being able to do everything which is currently possible.
