Cannot Reproduce: Strange quest order

How often this occurs: I only have seen it once
Preventative Actions: None
I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes
Have you tried fixing it by using these methods?: Refreshing removes it

When a refresh solves the error, it's quit often a flash issue. Cleaning the cache occasionally should prevent it. If the devs or someone else knows otherwise, feel free to correct me.
