Soccer Event: renovation kit in the rotating prizes?

Is it planned to have the renovation kit available to buy within the rotating prizes?
I haven't seen them there yet but would need a couple ...

I highly doubt it is in the rotation pool. It hasn't appeared yet and all other prizes have appeared multiple times already

Seriously though, that's the best answer I will be able to give as I cannot find anymore information about the prizes.

Has the Shrine of Knowledge appeared? I think that's another one that hasn't and won't.
