Shrine of Knowledge not paying out FP

Has anyone had the same problem as me?
I had my Shrines motivated and only 1 payed out a Forge Point. I could see this was going to happen when i hovered the cursor over them before collection :(

If you have one motivated shrine, it's only suppose to give one FP... if you had multiple motivated shrines and only one gave FP, please contact support (right click in-game and go to "Support")

Thank you i thought there was a problem and ive had multiple Shrines motivated and only 1 pays the FP. Contacted support now
