Summary: When motivated, the Shrine of knowledge no longer shows a gold star. This occurs also if reloading the game. You can see on the shrine that it's been motivated if putting mouse over

it is the other way round: With HA on, there is the bug, so no gold star.

I did not try with HA off - but I have no gold stars with HA on. Maybe the bug happens with both, HA on and HA off?

HA off causes a gray star to appear over motivated residential buildings while HA on causes no stars to appear over a motivated residential building for me
