Fixed on Beta: Research not autocompleted (quest 32)

quest 32: research or donate goods to guild treasury

research is not autocompleted when reached the end of the tech tree

expected behavior: auto complete the research part (and with that the complete quest)

This was likely because VF3 content had been released on the back end even though it wasn't activated in the game yet.
