How do I repair or increase the promethium ship's health?

Just to add, you'll only be able to repair your ship if the health is below 90%.

You can increase the Promethium by crewmembers how increase
the Promethium. Also you can increase it for ever with 7 Promethium
by unlock the tech. Arctic Station. Than your harbor will get lvl 2 and
give increase promethium with 7 and decrease the time with 3h, but
please be aware that you can get crewmembers how decrease your
speed and Promethium.
It's not possible to increase ship's health, but you can hire crewmembers
how avoid damage. If your ship's health is on 90% or higher you doesn't
have to/can repair. This is possible with a crewmember that decrease
the damage with 6% or more. Because the basic damage is 15% and basic
health is 100%: 100 - 15 = 85, this is lower than 90%. With a crewmember
that lower the damage with 6% or more:
100% - 09% (15% basic damage - 6% less damage = 09) = 91%.
Please be aware that some crewmembers give you more damage and one
crewmember that decrease the damage also decrease your Promethium
that you get from that yourney.
Avoiding damage
Basicly if you want to avoid a repair for 1 yourney, you have to hire
a crewmember that lower the damage with 6% or more, and don't
hire at that moment crewmembers that increase the damage.
Increase Promethium
Hire a crewmember that increase Promethium, please be aware that
some crewmembers decrease Promethium.
