When I see how many fancy agencies and companies have moved int former industrial buildings I think the designers did a decent job by paying tribute to the wool mill.

It doesn't look exactly lazy. It's the same design, but it's not a copy/paste approach. It still looks like they spent time making it to me.

Same here. If every loft house were based on a different factory (with the same footprint, of course) that would be charming and delightful and we'd all build miles of them, I'm sure. As it is, the main thought behind this design seems to be "how can we save time". And that's not what we're accustomed to.

Personally I'm fine with this as they are trying to capture an element of real life. Old buildings do get renovated and reused. If they did the exact same thing for all of their buildings then it'd be lazy but with this building alone I think it's nice that they are putting in some realism and reusing industrial shells
